Paddle Fit is taking place in Yarm on Mondays. We have two early evening sessions running alongside plans to run a mid-afternoon session for those working less conventional hours, the privileged who don't need to work and housewives wanting some core strength conditioning prior to the horned devils landing from school

We have the Evening Gazette and Northern Echo attending on the 14th June so those craving their 15 minutes of fame - get yourselves down for 6pm!!!

To book your initial induction please contact 0191 2581499 / 07779 127230

See you on the water,

Joe @ Boardskillz

Our 7pm session is almost fully subscribed so the intention is to run an earlier session kicking off between 5.30pm and 6pm.

If you'd like to experience this beautiful stretch of the river Tees whilst conditioning your core please get in touch ASAP - limited spaces!

Freestyle is on the up. Last week our 7pm regulars were busting out some new moves preparing themselves for some paddle surfing once the swell arrives

Hi Guys,

Hope you're all well.

Just a quick note on a couple of points re: Paddle Fit Yarm. The darker nights are drawing in which means that we'll need to bring the Monday night session forward to 6-6.15pm for the next few weeks. Once we're into October doing the activity midweek (after work) isn't going to be feasible in my opinion.

The good news is that paddleboarding can be done all year round given the right equipment and we have wetsuits and boots to fit everyone! We're proposing that we re-jig the format to more of a club arrangement over the colder months and move the activity to a mutually agreeable time at the weekend. Please can you all reply by return with your availability and thoughts on this?

Ian and I are in the process of scoping out new stretches of flat & coastal water to explore so there will be the option to continue running sessions at Yarm at the usual £15, discounted coastal group sessions at £25 (Tynemouth) (based on 4+) and special full day excursions which we'll make you aware of in due course.

For more information feel free to give me a call/text/email.

Please confirm numbers for tonight's session too.

See you circa 6pm
