STAG & HEN

We have numerous options for stag and hen parties. Subject to favourable coastal conditions come to Tynemouth's award winning beach and try your hand at paddle surfing. If there's no swell we'll take you for a coastal cruise which has its own unique appeal and if you're lucky you might even see the dolphins!

If the coast is a non starter we'll switch to one of our local flat water locations and take you for a meander down the Wansbeck, Tyne or Wear.

For those more interested in river trips it's possible to book sessions for the Tees, Wear (Sunderland / Durham), Tyne, Derwent and Wansbeck.

We operate a 1:6 ratio (unless it's completely flat) for coastal paddling which normally means a maximum group size of 12.

Groups of 8+ paddle for £35 each (Tynemouth or Local Flat Water) vs £37.50 (Sunderland, Durham or Teesside).

Groups of 12 paddle for £30 (Tynemouth or Local Flat Water) vs £32.50 (Sunderland, Durham or Teesside)

**We also offer bespoke premium packages where we'd meet you at an agreed location e.g. Lake District.**

SCHOOLS / YOUTH GROUPS / NUS.

These sessions are only bookable Monday-Friday, March through November.

For first time paddlers we recommend utilising one of our flat water locations in Teesside, Durham, Sunderland or Newcastle.

Sessions last 90 mins and all equipment is provided.

We can accommodate a maximum of 10 children. (1:6 instructor to client ratio)

Children must be at least 11yrs old, be able to swim at least 50m and have enough water confidence to take part in the activity.

We charge a set rate of £180 for local sessions (£200 for Teesside & Durham). £100 deposit required up front.

Risk Assessments for each location can be forwarded in advance.

Boardskillz has £5M of public liability insurance in place, all our BSUPA Instructors have current CRB checks and First Aid qualifications in place.
